At the beginning of the new year in 2022, the 100,000-ton/year polypropylene plant of Daqing Haiding New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully started and produced qualified polypropylene products. For the first time, this plant adopts the SPG-Ⅲ complete process technology of Beijing Keyscin petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd., which has the advantages of low investment and low energy consumption.

    Since the start of the project, there have been many factors affects the project progress such as complex construction site environment, bad weather conditions, tight construction period, and construction difficulties. The company leadership group have visited the site serval times to guide and coordinate all the parties to work together, also helped to solve the technical barriers that we were facing and organized and allocated resources in comprehensive ways. Meanwhile, the entire project team putted real effort to overcome the difficulties and obstacles, then finally achieved successful start-up and produced high quality polypropylene products that meet the market requirements.
